Finding RYLA Applicants Bev Baker and Greg Paull will contact the Police, the Shire, the Banks, and the CFA for local RYLA applicants.
Acknowledgement of Rotary after funding supplied
Stephanie Hutt and Emerald Leyden will organise an article for the Leader and other social media avenues to promote Rotary, such as the local Community Raffle winner of the car, and how Rotary spends the Town Fair money.
Roger Knight and Greg Paull will revise the Funding Process considering options such as; Withholding a percentage of the funding until compliance with funding requests made, Ownership of the project from the beginning to the end. T shirts for members to “Photo Bomb” opening ceremonies.

Hurstbridge Primary School open air classroom- more info obtained by Arthur Lewin who reported that the principal has said he will contact the club and come and speak .
Wattle Glen Primary School Playground for empty space Suggestions were to wait over the Christmas period, to offer the Community raffle tickets for them to fundraise, and perhaps to match the dollars they raise.
Conference shirts for new members. Suggestions were to use the Town Fair account and have the Town Fair on them, but also on the front, have “Another Rotary Project” So as to be able to photo bomb an opening day.
Greg Adams mentioned that the Tenderfoot project for connection to the sewers is going ahead.
Arthur Lewin will organize puddings and cakes for the Baptist and Uniting Churches Christmas party and Hampers.
