Operation Cleft Request for support
PDG Rob Lloyd announced that Arthur Lewin will be President of the Rotary Club of Diamond Creek in 1019-2020.
Rob summarized the Annual Rotary 9790 District Conference held this year in Yarrawonga, as having been seamlessly well run with good attendance of 600 and more.
PDG John Gatt summarized information from the Rotary International site regarding the Club’s Foundation Report. The club is running neck and neck at the top of the list for giving to the Foundation, with the Rotary Club of Milawa- Oxley.
Arthur Lewin mentioned the Friday Night at Conference and thanked Bev Baker for organizing it.

Meals and Payment. Members agreed that they are to pay $5 towards expenses if they do not order a meal.
Fellowship after our meeting is over: Members agreed that they are to move out early to allow the owner to close for the night.
Free meals for multiple guests. The club agreed that only the speaker’s meal is to be paid for.
The Pipilepsy Foundation. Rather than fund the foundation with money, the club wishes to provide helpful information such as;
Doing a food handler’s course (2 hours) on line.
Asking the council for assistance with Grant applications
Having a free community stall at the Town Fair.
Attending business development courses with the local council.
Printing can be done by the local State MP.
Secretary will write a letter.
Ellimatta Youth Program Funding PDG Rob Lloyd outlined the history of funding for Ellimatta. Other considerations were discussed, and the club decided to perhaps consider funding at a later date should they approach the club.
The Nitty Gritty
The Raffle raised $56 and the Bottle of wine was won by: Gary Hennessy
